Body Control Pilates (BCP) was created in 1995 to bring the benefits of Pilates to everyone. It has since become Europe’s largest dedicated Pilates organisation, attributing its success to: Community, Integrity and Quality.

I am proud to be a BCP instructor and maintain my accreditation by regularly attending courses. The training is given by some of the most experienced teachers in the world, who inspire me to update my skills and knowledge.

I am aware that clients have the choice of a wide range of Pilates instructors with different teaching styles and backgrounds. You can choose classes that teach classical or contemporary Pilates or those that have a very ‘loose’ connection to the original teachings.

Body Control Pilates is an international benchmark for safe and effective teaching of the highest quality.  In a world where the demand for Pilates has exploded and so many short teacher training courses are available, this is more important than ever.

I would classify myself as an ‘old school’ Pilates teacher who likes to focus on the intricacies of movement striving to provide creative, challenging and fun classes.
